Sacred Heart and Holy Family have gifted our parishioners with a free membership to FORMED!

This is a revolutionary online platform featuring the best Catholic videos, audio talks, Books and movies from trusted partners like the Augustine Institute, St. Paul Center, Marian Fathers, Lighthouse Catholic Media, Ignatius Press and Word on Fire. Catechism and Person Faith Formation are at the fingertips of every parishioner.

How to sign up for your free FORMED membership.

1. 1. Visit formed.org/signup
   2. Find Sacred Heart Parish by name, address, or zip code (Ex. 65035 or “Sacred Heart Parish”)
   3. Click “Next”
   4. Enter you’re your name and email
   5. Click “Sign Up” – and you’re in!
      

Anytime you would like to access FORMED just type FORMED.org in your computer browser, simply click Sign In” located in the upper right corner and your account will be opened.

THE APP

Once you are signed up you have the option of downloading the free FORMED app for your mobile device. This makes accessing content even more convenient.
Find FORMED in the app store and select GET. Once loaded, go to “Login”. Enter your email. Click “Open”. You will receive an email. Click on “Sign in Now”.
